Application Submission
As soon as you have found a Webasto job advertisement that suits you, you can conveniently submit your application to us via our online career portal. Here you can upload your resume and other documents - such as relevant references and certificates.
Interview
After a positive review of your documents, we look forward to getting to know you better. For this purpose, we will invite you to an initial interview via video conference. The aim of the initial interview is to clarify the professional requirements and to find out whether we are a good fit for each other.
Face-To-Face Meeting
Following a positive initial interview, we will invite you to a second interview – this is usually a face-to-face meeting at one of our Webasto sites. Here you can expand on topics that have already been addressed, clarify open questions from the initial interview and you will have the opportunity to get to know other Webasto employees.
Since the health of our employees and candidates is our top priority, we will find a flexible solution in response to the current coronavirus situation on a case-by-case basis.
Positive Feedback and Issue of an Offer of Employment
We enjoyed positive conversations with you and would be happy to welcome you as a new Webasto employee! Before we pass the final employment contract to the Works Council you will, as the applicant, first receive a sample contract by email for you to confirm. This sets out all of the important details about the employment relationship.
